From Exit 2, it's about a 5-minute walk. Along the way, you'll pass through quiet residential areas, away from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo. The streets are lined with green trees, giving a relaxed and leisurely feel. The atmosphere here reminds me of a corner of Europe, quite different from the usual lively scenes of Tokyo. ☕ Fuglen Tokyo: A Perfect Blend of Nordic Design and Specialty Coffee 1️⃣ Exterior: A Retro Nordic-Style Shop Approaching Fuglen Tokyo, you'll see a simple wooden building with a few outdoor seats at the entrance, exuding a European leisurely vibe. The interior design continues the retro style of Norway in the 1960s, using wood, leather, and warm lighting to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. 2️⃣ Coffee Experience: Exquisite Light Roast Flavors Fuglen is known for its light roast coffee, emphasizing fruity notes and complexity. The beans here come from Oslo, Norway, and are meticulously roasted to bring out clean and bright flavors in every cup. I ordered a hand-drip coffee (about 650 yen, approximately 130 TWD), which had citrus and floral notes, with a refreshing acidity, completely different from the rich taste of Japanese dark roast coffee. In addition to hand-drip coffee, their latte (about 700 yen) is also a popular choice, with fine milk foam and a well-balanced ratio of coffee to milk, making it smooth and rich in layers.
