Mr. Farmer Komazawa Park

I think the restaurant location and atmosphere is what bumps this up to five stars. I went on a Wednesday - lunchtime - and it was pretty quiet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and food was ordered using a QR code. I had spaghetti Bolognese and it tasted fantastic.
