The pop and unique interior and decorations make you feel like you're abroad😊 The "Hotel-Trained Hospitality Cooking Class" will begin this summer at The WAREHOUSE in Aloft Ginza 🥣 I went to try it out a little early the other day Isn't it so tempting to be able to make hotel-style food at home? 😮💨♡ It is scheduled to be held for five months from July to November, and if you complete all the classes, you will be able to make your own hotel-like dishes for Christmas or parties...😍🎄 Of course, you can also try out only the dishes you are interested in! After cooking, you can enjoy tasting and wine pairings 🍷 This is a rare opportunity to see up close how to enjoy French cuisine, the techniques, knowledge, and how to arrange dishes, from Chef Shuhei (who trained at a famous French restaurant at Aloft 🥹)! I actually tried out coq au vin, a dish of chicken stewed in red wine (I used young chickens this time, but I heard that adult chickens are usually used), and I was impressed by how carefully I cut the vegetables and prepared the meat!
