Oimachi, a Feast of Oysters.

Oimachi is home to an oyster restaurant. It's a few minutes' walk from the station, but you can get there through an arcade, so you can almost avoid getting wet even on rainy or bad weather days. The recommended menu item is, of course, oysters! The price might be a bit high? But the taste and size are beyond reproach. I ordered the MICHI specialty, Raw Oyster Assortment, and enjoyed every type. In addition, we started with a potato potage for the appetizer and had several other dishes. ◼️ Blissful Sea Urchin Panna Cotta Small but with strong, assertive flavors that take center stage. ◼️ Crispy Wrapped Fresh Fish with Truffle Mushroom Sauce Piping hot! The generous amount of sauce is amazing! The aroma of mushrooms is prominent, and before I knew it, I had used up all the sauce. ◼️ MICHI's Choice of Oyster Pasta Pasta with a choice of three sauces. I recommend the peperoncino. I chose an oil-based sauce because it contained oysters, and it went well with the bacon that was also included. ◼️ Bitter Chocolate Terrine Moderately sweet, suited for adults.
