It is famous as the place where Mito feudal lords gathered during the Sakuradamon Gate Incident, so I went to see what kind of shrine it is!!! *I went in February 2023!!! There is a steep stone staircase leading to Atago Shrine, called the Stairs of Success, and it is said that if you climb these stairs, you will be successful👀 Atago Shrine was originally built in the Edo period as a shrine dedicated to a god for fire prevention, and is famous as a shrine that brings benefits such as: ・Fire prevention and disaster prevention, etc. ・Printing and computer-related matters ・Business prosperity ・Love and marriage, etc. I went there around 2pm on a Saturday, but because it is a popular shrine, I was able to wait in line for about 30 minutes to pray there 🥹 *I tried to take photos without people in them as much as possible 📷 The ladder of success is said to bring success when you climb it, but... I ended up climbing to Atago Shrine from a different place, so I used it to go down the ladder of success...😂 It's hard to go up and down multiple times, so...
