There are 3 shops sharing a terrace, so I'll introduce you to a spot where you can enjoy brunch, Mediterranean food and drinks, and even a bakery all at once! The pancakes are delicious, and the bakery bread is also really delicious! You can buy bread and drink it with coffee at a place called Bread Works! It's a terrace, but Tokyo isn't as cold as you'd think, and there are heaters placed here and there, so it's warm enough to take off your coat and sit down!
