Duck and Scallion Ramen

You need to order from the self-service ordering machine first. There is a Chinese menu on the machine for easy selection. After ordering and getting the meal coupon, go to line up. A waiter will come out and ask you which kind of onion you want to eat today. You can choose two from three. After sitting at the table, you can pour water yourself. The food will be served in about five minutes. This time I ordered barbecued duck for 1260¥. First of all, the duck is worthy of being the signature dish and tastes very tender, but I think the soup is a bit salty. The duck should be fattened and not dry. The other main dish, green onions, is also very good. It tastes very fragrant, refreshing and sweet, which is very surprising! I personally prefer duck meat donburi to ramen. It has a smooth texture and a moderate portion. If I don't have to wait for an hour, I might visit again.
