🇯🇵 Azuki to Kouri kakigori

This is a summer must come dessert shop, Azuki to Kouri. The dessert chef has worked in Michelin star restaurant and now open her own shop selling exquisite desserts. It is not the easiest to get a reservation here but with precise planning, it is pretty easy to get a seat here every day. There is about 8 counter seats and 2 standalone seats at the back so I will suggest you to take only the counter seat so you can watch the dessert chef in action. Their menu changes everyday and you will only know what they are having on that day. Sometimes they have special kakigori flavours like sweet potato, corn and edamame.
