[Tokyo/Ishihama Saryo Raku] A teahouse worth stopping by after visiting a shrine

This restaurant opened as part of the grounds improvement project to commemorate the 1,300th anniversary of Ishihama Shrine's establishment. It's located within the shrine grounds, so you can stop by and relax after praying! The restaurant fills up quickly during peak lunchtime hours, probably because of the heat. Terrace seating is also available. In addition to regular meals, they also offer Japanese sweets and other dishes that go well with alcohol. We had some sake, and since regular soba noodles are heavy, it was great that they offer half-size servings.
