A store known only to those in the know

📍Shina Soba Jusanhachi This is pronounced "Jusanhachi (Tomiya)". It seems to have become popular recently, so you have to line up? It seems that it's difficult to get in. I think there used to be a fair number of customers, but because of the location, I thought it was a place that only those in the know would know. The thing I ate then was "Shina Soba" and it tasted like a regular Tokushima ramen. I wasn't impressed by the taste. However, they have an original dish called "Tossaka Ramen", which I didn't try because it was listed as salty, but it seems that it's actually delicious. There is a small, quiet sign next to the ENEOS at the intersection with the traffic light on Prefectural Route 318, but those who don't know about it wouldn't think there's a ramen shop in a place like this. There is also a road heading west from National Route 192, but there is no landmark. The "Shina Soba" is also made with char siu, not the typical Tokushima ramen belly. The meaty and fatty taste is just right. Many people have said that the noodles are on the soft side, and while they are certainly not hard, they are not particularly noticeable. I ordered a medium size, but the portion size is about the same as a large size at other restaurants. And the soup is delicious!! The balance of the noodles, char siu, and soup is just right, so I kept eating one after another. The golden soup and the char siu that seems to cover the entire bowl are eye-catching. Of all the ramen soups I have ever had, it has an irresistible, intense flavor that stands out above the rest! The char siu is also one of my personal favorites, and it has an incredible meaty flavor that is amazing! It was a truly satisfying bowl. #0yentravelFebruary2025
