The Mori family, as the general of the Awa Navy, used Tsubakidomari as a base to participate in historical events such as the Korean Expedition and the Winter Siege of Osaka, making the Awa Navy's active performance widely known. 3. Town features: • The town of Tsubakidomari stretches about 1.5 km east and west along a narrow road. The road is very narrow, only wide enough for one car to pass, and you need to turn around in front of a private house's garage at the end, so driving is not recommended. • The houses in Tsubakidomari are closely connected, with almost no private outdoor spaces such as walls or courtyards, which is a feature of fishing villages with scarce land. • The architectural decorations and window railings outside the houses in Tsubakidomari are very delicate, which is a feature of the houses in this area. 4.
