This is "Dengaku Chaya Kusumura Centrair Branch" located in "Sky Town" on the 4th floor of Centrair Terminal 1. This shop also sells souvenirs, but I was interested in the food and drink menu inside the shop. I was also interested in the "vegetable rice" made from raw radish leaves, but this time I ordered "Dengaku Tofu (5 pieces)" for 770 yen. I also had a sample of yuba. "Kusumura"'s Dengaku Tofu is made with a special sweet miso made from three types of miso: "red miso", "saikyo miso", and "koji miso", and is eaten with tofu made from "100% domestic soybeans" that is baked one by one. You can add some mustard, chili pepper, or Japanese pepper to your seat to add a little extra flavor, but I ate all five as is. Established in 1914, Dengaku-chaya Kusumura I was able to add the long-loved Nagoya flavor to my Nagoya trip memories at Centrair.
