Old Wardour Castle

#hellohalloween Family-Friendly Spooky Fun We went to Old Wardour Castle during October half-term and it was perfect for a Halloween adventure with kids. They climbed the ruined staircases, peered out of broken windows, and explored every corner, convinced they might find a ghost knight. The grounds are safe enough for families, but the ruins are atmospheric enough to keep it spooky. We brought hot chocolate and had a picnic by the lake after exploring. It’s such a lovely mix of history and Halloween fun — no gimmicks, just atmosphere. #hellohalloween
