I haven’t been to Xiqing Country Park for a long time, so I took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday to go there. If I arrived before ten o'clock, there was still parking space. I walked along the boardwalk and found a barbecue and coffee area on the island in the middle of the lake. Many places on the boardwalk are damaged and should be repaired otherwise it will not be safe! Many tourists enter from the left and directly take small electric cars. I want to say that the park is not very big and there is no need at all. Boats and speedboats can now be used in the lake. Entering on the left, there is an area dedicated to setting up tents. The lotus has no lotus leaves and has withered. I think it would be good to go during the season when the lotus is in full bloom. In short, it doesn’t feel as good as before. It should be beautiful to go in the spring when the flowers are in bloom or in the summer when the lotus flowers are in full bloom. But it’s the weekend and it’s not a bad idea to take your kids to the park for a walk, soak up the sun, breathe some fresh air, set up a tent, and have a picnic! Pay attention to sun protection and insect repellent. Ultraviolet rays are still very strong in autumn.
