🥤 After we stopped by to eat Singaporean-style chicken rice, haha, we secretly saw that there was a bingsu shop downstairs. If you eat savory food and have something sweet to eat at the same time, it would be great. So I agreed with my friends to try ginger-flavored bua loy at Ting Ting, Charoen Nakhon branch. What's there? Let's see. 🥃 This shop sells ginger-flavored bua loy and modern drinks. It's not ordinary at all. The sesame-flavored bua loy with ginger juice that we're familiar with is the usual type, right? But here, there are many fillings of bua loy. You can choose from ginger juice, milk, Milo, or milk tea. More importantly, there are more choices than the old-fashioned shops that we're used to. 🧉 The bua loy dough at this shop is just the right thickness. The filling is finely ground and not too sweet, which is great for health-conscious people like us. The ginger juice flavor may seem a bit bland and bland, but I think it's quite balanced. It's a bit oily and bland, but it's delicious and just right. They probably made it to provide more variety.
