Port O'Connor Crawfish Festival, nibbling on spicy Cajun crawfish while listening to live music in the sea breeze, the atmosphere is super chill. The local "Crawfish Boil" culture is so ritualistic, including twisting the head, peeling the shell, and pulling out the shrimp thread, with your hands full of the shrimp fragrance, which is so addictive. There are also fishing derbies, spice experiences and shrimp peeling competitions, and the whole town is immersed in the aroma of crawfish. I highly recommend coming here in April and August to experience the authentic Southern flavor and community hospitality!
