Tenerife an islanc of masterpiece

#mytraveldiary I chose Tenerife because I wanted a canvas of experiences, not just a single colour. Tenerife delivered from the moment the plane descended, revealing a dramatic landscape of black volcanic rock meeting deep blue ocean. This morning, I woke up to the sound of waves on the golden sand of Playa de Las Américas. By afternoon, I was hiking through the mystical, ancient laurel forest of Parque Rural de Anaga, the air cool and fragrant. The sheer diversity is astounding you can have two completely different holidays in one day. The choice is the beauty of it. One moment you’re eating fresh grilled fish at a rustic guachinche in the hills, the next you’re sipping a cocktail watching the sunset over the Atlantic. And then there’s El Teide… seeing the snow-capped peak of a volcano from a sunny beach is a sight I’ll never forget.
