Tarazona is the fourth largest city in the Zaragoza region.

Tarazona is an episcopal and Mudejar city. Its cathedral is one of the most unusual of Aragon's nine cathedrals, as a Mudejar tower and domed base were added to the original Gothic structure, as well as a Renaissance façade. Some distance from the Cathedral are the Episcopal Palace and the Church of La Magdalena. Tarazona also has an 18th-century polygonal bullring surrounded by houses that are still inhabited today. As elsewhere in the Zaragoza region, traditional cuisine is characterized by the use of ingredients that are not elaborately prepared, resulting in simple but tasty dishes. We then added elements of refinement to create a more contemporary cuisine, based on tradition but with a more imaginative twist. Worth mentioning is the Feast of Sant'Atilano on August 27, when people throw tomatoes at a figure called "Cipotegato".
