The restaurant also has the Executive Chef from JW Marriott in Korea providing guidance, launching a Jeju Island food festival until March next year. Even with the discounts and themed events, I still checked out the buffet at 4:30 pm. It felt more reassuring compared to before 😂 The buffet was much better than before, with many Korean dishes. Korean fried chicken, pork belly wrapped in vegetables, Korean... The buffet features a variety of dishes, including bibimbap, Chuncheon spicy stir-fried chicken, fish cakes, and mixed vegetable glass noodles. They even have Shin Ramyun in the freshly cooked section, though the flavor is a bit bland – a bit of an upgrade would have been nice! 🤭 There's also an Indian section, a hot dish section, an appetizer section, and a dessert and fruit section. Several dishes in the hot dish section were quite good, such as sesame oil Matsusaka pork, dry-fried prawns, Mapo tofu, and a cream puff soup. The cream puff soup was so delicious I wanted two bowls! 😌 While there was no sashimi, they did have snow crab legs on weekends. With a good selection of Korean drinks and beers, it was reasonably plentiful. The buffet selection wasn't as extensive as other buffets, but overall it felt quite small and elegant! The dessert section also had many eye-catching Korean desserts. Although I didn't find any particularly delicious ones, it showed they put effort into it! And they even had muvenpicks and red bean rice cakes in cups! 😍 It's a shame some dishes weren't being replenished. 🙈 Dinner is served in two sessions, 5:00 PM - 6:45 PM and 7:15 PM - 9:00 PM, both less than two hours.
