Great front desk experience with Mr Calvin who is extremely professional, patient and helpful. Friendly and welcoming doorman who always helped with the hotel entrance door. Ample parking with unlimited entries and exits at rm5 per day stay but must remember to validate before going out each time. Very clean and new and the latest hotel in Desaru town. Free shuttle to the beautiful coast beach of South China Sea. Varieties of food within the location from local to seafood. Recommended seafood at Nelayan Restaurant at Tuna Maya and Nasi lemak at kopitiam Ena Thank you for the awesome experience with great hospitality and assistance.
