I had the pleasure of trying their latte, Kasumi Matcha Latte, and Hojicha Latte, and all three were expertly crafted and delicious. The drinks showcased a clear attention to quality and flavor. I also indulged in their special breakfast set, which featured a standout element: their perfectly toasted bread. The food was definitely above average, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying the simple yet satisfying flavors. The Hidden Lab is an ideal spot to sit down, unwind, and enjoy a well-made drink and a tasty bite. The ambiance is calming, making it a perfect respite from travel. However, its small size means that seating is limited. My advice? Arrive early to secure a table, especially during peak hours. If you're looking for a charming, quiet cafe with excellent drinks and food, The Hidden Lab is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
