・The chestnut season has begun this year. ・This confectionery shop is located in Tamba City, a renowned production area of the nationally famous chestnut brand, 'Tamba Chestnuts.' ・I visited around 2 PM on a holiday, and there were more than 10 cars parked. There were license plates from Kyoto and Osaka, indicating that the shop is popular both inside and outside the prefecture. ・The top recommendation is the 'Japanese Mont Blanc' (2,000 yen per box, tax included). The chestnut paste, made into a soboro-like texture, is not overly sweet and is delicious. Even if you try to stop eating halfway, it's difficult, and I regretted not buying two boxes (each person can purchase up to two boxes). ・I was able to purchase without much waiting. There were many other tempting products like Baumkuchen, Dorayaki, and Financier.
