[Takarazuka] Speaking of Hyogo

#QuintessaCampaign When you think of Hyogo, you think of Takarazuka. I somehow feel that way. Takarazuka city has many train stations and everywhere has a quiet, upscale residential atmosphere. Wilkinson, the carbonated drink, actually originated in Takarazuka. There is also a Tezuka Osamu museum.
