[Kagawa] Opens at 6am, so it's great! Morning udon trip

#JapaneseCuisine2024 It was 5:30am on a Saturday morning. I arrived at Takamatsu Port on an early morning flight, but I was worried for a moment that there would be a restaurant open at such an early hour. As expected of Udon Prefecture, there was one! (lol) Its name is "Teuchi Judan Udon Baka Ichidai". Kagawa Prefecture in Shikoku is famous for its udon, so much so that it is also known as Udon Prefecture, but among the many famous restaurants, this is a restaurant that is rumored to have a line of people waiting from early in the morning. It was raining a little on the day I visited, and it was just after 6 o'clock, just after opening, but I was surprised to see a long line of umbrellas! It seems to be a really popular restaurant. But the turnover is fast, so I was able to enter the restaurant after waiting in line for about 15 minutes. I immediately ordered the kama butter udon and iidako tempura that I was looking for. The udon was chewy! The black pepper is a nice kick and it's delicious~♪ It's like a Japanese carbonara. It's a udon restaurant that makes you want to wait in line and go back to eat again.
