[Kagawa/Takamatsu] Enjoy the Japanese summer at Ritsurin Garden ♪

Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, is the largest of all the cultural property gardens designated as special national scenic spots. In the summer, this park is open from 5:30am! I arrived in Takamatsu early in the morning on this trip, so I went to play in the morning♪ I paid the 400 yen entrance fee and went right in. When I stepped into the park, a magnificent view spread out before me and it was overwhelming! First of all, the 1,000 magnificent pine trees are amazing. The shape of the branches is artistic and moving. After walking for a while, I came across a boarding point for a Japanese boat, and since the first boat was available, I decided to board. It was a special experience to tour the garden while listening to the boatman's interesting commentary. There were also colorful carp, cormorants, and turtles. The scenery changes with each season, so I thought I'd like to enjoy boating again in a different season♡ Then, to cool down my hot body, I enjoyed lemon and sweet sake shaved ice at a tea shop in the park. It was so delicious! The atmosphere of the shop was retro and somehow nostalgic.
