Car parking space is also limited near the boating station. 2. Takachiho Shrine A sacred shrine that keeps ancient myth alive with nightly kagura dance. 3. Amanoiwato Shrine Catch the tour to get a glimpse of the ancient cave mentioned in Kojiki, Japan’s creation mythology. The short tour is conducted solely in Japanese, photography is not allowed in the sacred viewing area. The stone pile cave is a short 10 mins hike from behind the shrine. 4.
