Kruba Sai, Tha Mai Daeng Temple

Paying respect to the body of Kru Ba Sai, Wat Tha Mai Daeng #Kru Ba Sai, Wat Tha Mai Daeng The temple staff welcomed, advised and provided excellent service. ------------ Phra Thepsithakhom (Luang Pho Sai Thong Kittipalo) or Luang Pho Sai (Kru Ba Sai) was born in 1937 at Ban Tha Mai Daeng, Village 3, Wang Hin Subdistrict, Mueang District, Tak Province. His father was named Mr. Chien Kankhum and his mother was named Mrs. Rabiab Kankhum. He had two siblings: Mrs. Thurian Kankhum was the older sister and Luang Pho Sai was the younger brother (a twin brother and sister). The family worked as farmers. As a child, he studied at Wat Ratcha Satthatham School in Wat Tha Mai Daeng. At that time, we had to study in the temple hall. After finishing primary school year 4, he did not continue his education and came to help with the farming with his family. After that, he came to work in Tak city, riding a bicycle back and forth between Tak city and Ban Tha Mai Daeng, which was about 15 kilometers away. He worked diligently for many years. During his childhood and into his teenage years, he had a close friend who was the same age and was a relative. He was ordained as a monk at Wat Mani Bappat (Wat Khao Kaew) in Mueang District, Tak Province because he was 21 years old, at the age of ordination. He invited Luang Pho to ordain as well. No matter how many times this friend invited him, Luang Pho often refused, giving the reason that the areca palm planted in front of the house had not yet blossomed. One time, he was invited to ordain again, but this time the areca palm had already blossomed. Therefore, Luang Pho could not refuse and had to ordain as he had promised. He was ordained at Wat Khao Kaew like his friend, with Luang Pho Tun as his Preceptor, Luang Pho Hon as his Dhamma Vachāya and Phra Khru Tin as his Anusavana Chan. After being ordained as a monk, Luang Pho studied Dhamma with three guru monks attentively, especially Luang Pho Tun and Luang Pho Hon (Luang Pho Hon was a monk of the same generation and close to Luang Pho Pi). Wat Dan Lan Hoi) studied the Dharma and various magic spells until he was fluent. Then he asked for permission from Luang Pho Tun to study Pali at Wat Ratchasitharam (Wat Plab) in Bangkok. After that, he returned to reside at Wat Khao Kaew. After that, Luang Pho Tun let him act as the abbot at Wat Pathum Khiri, Nong Luang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Tak Province. Wat Pathum Khiri is a temple near the house of Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn, the former Prime Minister, who was born in Tak.. In 1965, Luang Pho became the abbot of Wat Tha Mai Daeng, after the death of Luang Pho Mat, the previous abbot. He has been the abbot of Wat Tha Mai Daeng for almost 50 years. During his time at Wat Tha Mai Daeng, he developed the temple to be very prosperous. He built a church, various halls, a school at Wat Tha Mai Daeng, a bridge across the Ping River in front of the temple, and a reservoir in Mae Tho Subdistrict, which greatly benefited the people in that area. During his time at Wat Tha Mai Daeng Luang Por studied with many famous monks, such as Kru Ba Wang, Wat Ban Den, Tak Province, Luang Por Pi, Wat Dan Lan Hoi, Sukhothai Province, Kru Ba Soi, Wat Tha Song Yang, Tak Province, etc. In particular, Kru Ba Wang taught Luang Por how to make Takrut Tone and many other spells, focusing on Metta Maha Niyom. As for Luang Por Pi, Wat Dan Lai Hoi, he traveled to see Luang Por Pi. In order to study the Yantra characters and spells, he had to go several times to get them one by one. Each time he went, he only got a few characters because Luang Por Pi did not easily teach his disciples. The ranks of the ecclesiastical titles he received, starting with Phra Khru Phiphut Kittikun (Sai), Phra Wichit Phiphut Nodom (Sai), and currently holding the position of Phra Ratchawithayakom, Dharma Bhorn Mahakanisorn, Bowon Sangkharam Kamwasi (Luang Por Sai), as the district abbot, and holding the position of the provincial abbot of Tak until the present in 2014 and on August 12, 2016, as the Thep-class royal monk. Vipassana Dhura at Phra Thepsithakhom Udomyanapricha Phawanaphithanwiphusit Mahakanisorn Bowornsangkharam Khamwasi.. On October 22, 64, Phra Thepsithakhom or "Luang Pu Sai Kittipalo", abbot of Wat Tha Mai Daeng, Tak Province, advisor to the Sangha Region 5, or as his disciples call him, Luang Pho Sai, is another monk with great Buddhist magic. He is famous for his Buddha Abhiseka ceremony. Wherever he consecrated, his name must be included in almost every ceremony. He passed away at Somdech Phra Chao Taksin Maharat Hospital, Mueang District, Tak Province, due to chronic illness, amidst the grief of his disciples. He was 83 years old and had been a monk for 62 years. He caused great grief to his disciples. His body was in a glass coffin on a teakwood Thai pavilion. At Wat Tha Mai Daeng, Mueang District, Tak Province, there are also sacred objects that Luang Pu Khru Ba has prayed over for worship.
