Dachen Island is the main island among the 106 islands and reefs of the Taizhou Archipelago, divided into Upper and Lower Dachen. You can take an inter-island boat between Upper and Lower Dachen, which takes about 20 minutes. Upper Dachen is more primitive and undeveloped, while Lower Dachen is better developed.
