DMBurger in Taitung

I recently passed by a newly opened burger joint and of course, I had to pay homage. I heard that the owner moved here from Green Island. As soon as I entered the store, I was struck by its unique style. Cactus plants, ethnic-style pillows and carpets, accompanied by music, made me feel like a nomad in the desert, which was very exotic. The beef is super tender, and the truffle sauce brings out the sweetness of the beef without being too heavy. The bread is fried on the grill with butter before being spread with a bit of yellow mustard sauce. Paired with cheese and lettuce, the texture is rich. After finishing, there's still the aroma of bread and butter lingering in the aftertaste. The set meals all come with a drink, with options like lemon black tea and sparkling beverages to choose from.
