《Taipei》A pure land in the city—Elephant Mountain Hiking Trail!

Elephant Mountain Trail is located in Xinyi District, Taipei City. You can find the directions from Exit 2 of Xiangshan MRT Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Xiangshan MRT Station to the mountain trail entrance. Elephant Mountain is 183 meters above sea level and the trail is 1,450 meters long! But the distance to the observation deck is not that long, only about 1 kilometer! The round trip time is probably between 30 and 40 minutes! Let me tell you all here that Xiangshan is not recommended for the elderly! Mainly because the entire route is almost entirely steep stairs!  It must be inconvenient for the elderly to go up and down! There are almost stairs all the way from the beginning to the observation deck, so you will start to feel tired after climbing for a while. But the good thing is that there are some chairs in the middle for you to rest!
