Taipei Hot Spring Massage Spa Recommendation: Relax33 Spa

Taipei is a world-renowned travel and vacation destination, attracting thousands of tourists daily. Among the many excellent hot spring massage spas in Taipei, one standout is Relax33 Spa. I recently visited Relax33 Spa with friends to experience their services. We opted for the 'Enhanced Head Treatment,' which offers a choice of four essential oil scents. The 100-minute session includes a foot massage, starting with a 10-minute soak. The therapist prepared the water in advance and presented three types of powders: Angelica powder (for whitening and moisturizing), sea salt, and ginger powder (to dispel cold and relieve fatigue). You can choose between Angelica powder and ginger powder to mix with sea salt in the foot bath. After adjusting the water temperature, the session begins with a shoulder and neck massage. The massage starts at the head and gradually moves to the shoulders, neck, back, upper limbs, and lower limbs. Throughout the process, you can enjoy the soothing aroma of your chosen essential oil, making the experience both therapeutic and relaxing. Occasionally, you might feel some pain or soreness when sensitive areas are pressed, which is normal. You can always communicate with the therapist to adjust the pressure. The session concludes with a hot towel application to help relax the muscles further. After the massage, you can unwind in the beautifully designed Southeast Asian-style lounge area, complete with an afternoon tea bar offering unlimited complimentary tea and snacks. It's the perfect way to recharge after a relaxing session.
