Tainan Izakaya Santora

Originally, this place operates entirely on a reservation basis, but since they start serving at 8 PM, they allow dining within an hour, so I decided to go in. The interior isn't very spacious, but the overall atmosphere is clean and tidy. Since I didn't have much time, I ordered immediately after sitting down. The cod roe dish was truly delicious. While the portion was far too small to be considered a proper dinner, the taste of the cod roe spreading throughout my body with each bite was absolutely phenomenal. If I had come here after a meal as a second round, it would have been the perfect snack to enjoy. The chicken karaage topped with cod roe was also quite good, delivering a solid flavor. I was so hungry that I ate in a hurry. The clam soup (or something similar) was also decent. However, now that I think about it, I wonder why I didn't order rice and only went for these snack-like dishes.
