Cui Ting Hong Kong Style Yum Cha Restaurant

Stepping into Cui Ting, a traditional yum cha restaurant filled with Hong Kong flavor, is like stepping into a vivid painting of life in Hong Kong after a leisurely meal. The restaurant's simple and generous decor reveals authentic Hong Kong style in every corner. The old photos and movie posters on the walls, the antique ceiling fans, and even the blue and white porcelain cups and dishes on the tables all exude the unique flavor of Kowloon. After we were seated, a middle-aged waiter quickly brought over a large pot of aromatic, authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea. The bright and glossy color of the tea was already tantalizing. In addition, baskets of dim sum appetizers such as siu mai, shrimp dumplings, and char siu bao were brought to the table. Each dim sum was a feast for the senses, with a soft and flaky exterior and a fresh and delicious filling, releasing a charming aroma upon tasting. We slowly savored these authentic Hong Kong delicacies, our mouths occasionally moistened by the rich and creamy milk tea. Accompanied by this relaxed dining atmosphere, our whole being seemed to be immersed in that leisurely post-meal time, reminiscent of a laid-back Hong Kong.
