I tried to make a reservation when I was in Hanoi, but I couldn't make one because I was paying for a taxi, so I was able to make a reservation from the waitlist 🙌 A restaurant tucked away in an alleyway. The interior is green and stylish ✨ It's a sister restaurant of Florilege, and chef Tahara was apparently a sous chef. It was interesting that they served chawanmushi! My husband had alcohol, and I had a non-alcoholic pairing. The non-alcoholic pairing was very interesting. French food is often like, "Oh, yeah, yeah. This isn't it, but here it's all new discoveries! Amazing! There are flavors like this!
