Taipei Michelin recommended Jijiazhuang! Must-try pudding and three-flavor chicken

Who says Michelin is all about French or Yigong? If you like old-school Taiwanese cuisine, you might want to consider this friendly restaurant in Taipei. Jijiazhuang gives people a retro aesthetic, whether it is from the menu or the architecture. There are not many dishes on the menu, and there is also a Chinese, English and Japanese comparison table. I first chose the Three Flavor Chicken, which is a combination of poached chicken, black-bone chicken and smoked chicken. The meat is very tender and has no fishy smell, and it is very well prepared. We also ordered chicken rolls, drunken chicken and fried pork intestines. Personally, I prefer the drunken chicken, which has a sweet and non-greasy taste and is quite refreshing. The chicken roll has a stronger flavor, a crispy and elastic skin. The fried pork intestines were just average, nothing amazing, but the other non-chicken dishes were good and the prices were reasonable, making it perfect for gatherings. #Taipei
