November 2017, 6th #Taiwan Trip: Using #Taipei as a base, carefully tasting #Taichung & #Tainan~ • I visited #KikiRestaurant (#kikirestaurant) on the 4th floor of #ShengPinBookstore (#成品書店) Xinyi Branch near Taipei City Government Station. I went there to try Szechuan cuisine interpreted in Taiwanese style, and had dinner there for the last dinner of my Taiwan trip. • The reason is that there is a menu that I really like here, #HongJiaoXiaoYu (#紅椒燒魚). I fell in love with it so much that I always eat it whenever I come to Taipei. • First of all, because the well-fried fish goes so well with the sauce, it's so delicious, and also, among the menus sold here, it's the most expensive at 520 yuan, but in fact, it only costs about 20,000 won, and considering that similar dishes are sold in Korea for 3-4 times more, it's a menu that you really have leftovers. • Anyway, I looked at the menu with a picture of #Shu Qi ( #舒淇 ), a famous Taiwanese/Hong Kong actor who runs this place, and ordered other menus to have a delicious second dinner.
