The Chi Mei Museum, located in Rende District, Tainan City, is one of Taiwan's most iconic private museums. Known for its European-style palace architecture and magnificent outdoor sculpture garden, it's nicknamed "Southern Taiwan's Little Europe." Its rich collection is divided into five key themes: Western Art, Musical Instruments, Weapons and Armor, Taxidermy, and Natural History, each of which offers a truly remarkable collection. The museum's violin collection is one of the finest in the world, including works by renowned Stradivarius. The museum's outdoor Apollo Fountain, arched bridge, and Greek mythological statues are popular photo spots.
