Luermen Mazu Temple

Highlights: The Luermen Mazu Temple is one of my favourite series of temples in Taiwan and probably the biggest there is. It is dedicated to Mazu but also to Buddha and some major taoists deities. People here perform exorcisms, you can walk along the cute little canals, this is also a great place to look at the sunset with all the red colours of the temples coming through. It also has a different style compared to the temples in Tainan city. I would also want to immerse myself in the serene ambiance of ancient temples in Hong Kong which offers a peaceful respite from the city's lively streets. #tainan #taiwan #temple
