Chunsu Dang 🧋 The original restaurant that created bubble tea

The first place I visited upon arriving at Taichung, Taiwan was the main branch of Chunsu Tang. Chunsu Tang, famous for creating bubble tea, has branches all over Taiwan, and the main branch of Chunsu Tang is located in Taichung. When you enter and sit down, the staff will bring you a menu. Choose the menu you want, check it (you have to choose the size, sweetness, and amount of ice), go to the counter, pay in advance, and sit down again! The staff will serve you the drinks. I ordered a large size, but I was a little surprised that the bubble tea was bigger than I thought. The taste was like regular milk tea and regular pearls, but the pearls were much smaller than regular pearls. This was a bit strange! It felt chewier..?
