The view of Taichung is breathtaking. The bathroom window has a city view. The toiletries are the same brand as the InterContinental Kaohsiung, Byredo. The bathtub has a shelf and headrest, which are very comfortable. As for the facilities, I'm not sure if there is a robot. I tried calling it, but there was no response. There is no speaker in the room, but you can connect your phone to the TV, which is very convenient. The mattress is a Serta mattress, which is very comfortable! ✨Afternoon tea and breakfast✨ The afternoon tea and breakfast in the executive lounge are delicious. I recommend the lobster porridge for breakfast in the executive lounge. There are many breakfast options on the first floor. I think the turnip cake, beef soup, and braised beef cheek are all delicious. The dining environment is spacious, and the layout and seating are comfortable. ✨Swimming pool✨ The pool is 1.2 meters deep. There is no children's pool or float. There are often mosquitoes by the pool, so if you want to relax by the pool, I suggest you take precautions against mosquitoes. ✨Dinner at Ming Chuan Building✨ The food at Ming Chuan Building is delicious. I recommend the crispy chicken. The crispy skin and tender meat with mustard pepper are unforgettable, but you may need to order this dish in advance. The only downside is that the food is served quickly, which makes the dining experience a bit rushed. ✨Tips✨ There are some events at Calligraphy Greenway on weekends. If the road in front of the hotel is closed, it will be inconvenient for taxis to enter. In addition, some events are loud, and you can hear them in the room. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to pay attention to this. I am very happy to spend a relaxing weekend at the InterContinental Taichung.
