Switching trades from optical to desserts

#shopandtrip Miyahara was an ophthalmology clinic turned high end pastry and ice cream shop, which is one of the go-to places for tourists. Even though I am not a fan of touristy places and cakes that are generally more expensive than other places, since the hotel which I am staying in was a stone’s throw away from this place, I decided to have a look and catch up with the hype. The two storey building had rustic vibes and tastefully decorated. While they have a restaurant on the second floor, it was closed on the day we went. There were many flavours of ice cream available, and depending on how many scoops of ice cream you had chosen, there would be an in-house pastry that came with every scoop. It was nice to sit at the park by the canal opposite the shop to enjoy the ice cream.
