Hotel Review ~ Hilton Suzhou High-Tech Zone

This is really a hotel that is easily misleading by its name. It sounds completely business-like, but it turns out to be a hot spring resort hotel [JoyTears]. The hotel’s previous name should be “Suzhou Dusit Thani Resort Hotel”. Now it has been changed to Hilton, and the names of some facilities have not been completely updated. It is very pleasant to stroll around the hotel in this season. Whether it is the roses climbing all over the walls or the patches of evening primrose, there are scenery everywhere. 🧹Soundproofing/sanitation: Because it is a villa, there is no disturbance from others. The only sounds you can hear in the room are the chirping of insects and frogs. The cleanliness in the room was okay, but the terrace outside the room was not good at all. The mineral water bottle caps and cigarette butts left by the previous guest were not cleaned up. Considering that I didn't want to sit outside, I let it go. 🏘️️️Room type/layout: There are 20 private villas in this stay, and there are only 2 households in one villa. The environment is relatively private, but the room area is really small, and more area is given to the bathroom, so the living room looks particularly compact. 🛌Supplies/facilities: Some are standard Hilton items, and some were probably purchased by the hotel management company before, mixed together. The first round of mini bar is free. It is more convenient to take a hot spring bath in your own room, but I didn't have time to experience it this time. 💰️Dining: The breakfast room has a very good dining environment, the scenery outside the window is pleasant, and there are cute cats. The food is not worthy of Hilton, the variety is small and the food is very ordinary, but it is enough to fill you up. 💗Other tips: 1. The lobby is being renovated, so we are using a temporary place for check-in. We are looking forward to the new lobby. 2. The hotel has only one restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style, and the rest of the time it is a la carte. 3. Try to choose a room that is close to the restaurant as the shuttle bus will be busy during peak hours. The hotel is located in Shushan Scenic Area, relatively close to Wuxi, and is a good choice for traveling around Suzhou!
