The Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou | A shining pearl of Jiangnan gardens.

🍃The Humble Administrator's Garden has a history of more than 500 years and was built during the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. It was built by Wang Xianchen, an imperial censor who resigned and returned to his hometown. Wang Xianchen once lamented that politics was busy, so he took the name "Zhuo Zheng", meaning to return to the countryside and avoid the hustle and bustle. As one of the four famous gardens in China, the Humble Administrator's Garden is the most popular garden in Suzhou. In order to avoid the crowds and take pictures, I stayed in Suzhou for one night and entered the garden at 7:30 the next morning. The garden is full of picturesque scenery, and the early bird is full of sweet dew.
