This is Cafe Lafter near Suwon Hwaseong in Haenggung-dong, a popular picnic spot! I enjoyed delicious coffee and dessert at a rooftop cafe with a great view of Suwon Hwaseong :) The coffee was delicious, but I also liked that they had simple desserts as well as meal desserts!
