Pantai Merdeka aka Independence Beach!

There’s no beach here where you can swim but it is a nice place if you want to have local cuisine. I am a laksa lover, tried the laksa at the first stall (yellow and green coloured stall). It was okay but a little sweet. I was a bit frustrated. But the ABC and Cendol was good. They have a “night market” style of stalls selling foods, scarves, fake jerseys and clothings. But what I wanted to highlight here is the beautiful paddy fields and scenery that u will experience along the way to Pantai Merdeka. Do not hesitate to stop by and have some quick snaps! Worth it! It's a nice place to getaway form all our busy life but need some help to clean up the place and a nice public amenities. They are plenty of food trucks on holiday or weekend.
