Murtadha Dakwah Centre (MADAD) located was established in the early January 2018 and located at Kampung Teluk, at the heart of north Sungai Petani, Kedah.. What makes this place so special is its like a one stop centre that provide a huge mosque for praying purpose, childrens playground inside the mosque, ballroom, hotel, e-sports stadium and a very well maintained cat house..
