A life changing bibimbap in Subang that converted a nonbeliever into a fan

#celebrateit Have had a dozen of bibimbap before this because I somehow had to, but never a fan. But this place is different, I was just converted. The soul player in this dish was the red pepper sauce, which usually tasted primarily sweet to me, but the sauce here has a rich fermented flavor that adds a lot of subtleties in it, which elevates the entire dish. Among the ingredients, they also include mushroom which made the flavors more complex. The prices of other items are on the higher side, so I usually stick to bibimbap. But they have some extra discounts on every Mon if not mistaken.
