Traveling on a budget in Milan when the train was suspended was a completely different travel experience!

As a budget traveler, I chose to buy a discounted train ticket from Montreux to Milan and then take an overnight bus to Nice. However, Milan and I seem to have some inexplicable connection. I have lost my luggage in Milan before, and this time the train was suspended on the way to Milan. It can be said that I was very unlucky. We had an hour wait at the Italian stresa due to outages so we decided to explore this little place. It was November, with fallen leaves all over the ground, graffiti on the walls, and people hurrying along the streets.
