Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa.

One of the best resorts/hotels I've ever been to. My husband and I travel a lot, but I'm confident this is one of the best places, very clean, very friendly staff, excellent food, stunning views, amazing. Wow, we had the most wonderful stay at the Bürgenstock Palace Hotel. Despite very high expectations, they were clearly exceeded by the authentic and realistic and friendly staff (reception, spa, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) and the well-managed amazing property. We will come back and recommend a visit to everyone we can. A great but excellent night at Bürgenstock, probably the best resort of its kind in Switzerland. Top-notch service, amazing views, our lake view room was perfect and spacious (even for up to three people) and comfortable. For the price paid, the service was at the expected level and was excellent.
