Warrie Circuit Hike: A Waterfall Wonderland

#outdooradventure Trekking the Warrie Circuit in Springbrook National Park was an exceptional day hike. Less than an hour from the Gold Coast, this trail offers a delightful blend of waterfalls, rainforests, rainbows, and rivulets. Starting at the Tallanbana picnic area carpark, we descended through lush rainforest, passing under Rainbow and Goomoolahra Falls. The "Meeting of the Waters" creek junction provided a perfect lunch spot with sun-warmed rock slabs. We hiked counter-clockwise, ending with the spectacular views from Canyon Lookout. The return ascent, featuring welcome switchbacks, took us past four more waterfalls. The trail was mostly smooth, with some rough sections and slippery spots near waterfalls. The Warrie Circuit is a must-do for nature lovers seeking a scenic and rewarding hike.
